The Fireside has been a longtime staple of Greek food the Welland community and has been on operation for over 40 years. After the original owners decided to close up shop, Steve & Tammy purchased the business a few years later.

They wanted to refresh some of the older aspects of the brand while continuing to keep it recognizable to the community. The rebrand is aiming to attract a new audience who haven't visited the restaurant before while maintaining the history of the restaurant and it's existing value to the community.
